Charlotte
Tilbury
How a global luxury beauty brand turned a photo moment into a 3-year lead generation engine — right on the retail floor.
The Challenge
Charlotte Tilbury's Los Angeles flagship needed more than beautiful merchandising — it needed a reason for guests to stop, stay, and share. The brand's signature Pillow Talk aesthetic demanded an activation that felt completely on-brand: glamorous, tactile, and built for social media. Most importantly, every interaction had to translate into a real, owned customer relationship — not just a fleeting moment on someone's Instagram story.
The Setup
Loop Photo Booth was installed permanently inside a custom-designed Pillow Talk phone booth enclosure — a floor-to-ceiling tufted pink velvet structure with gold trim, mirrored interior, and a branded backdrop featuring the Charlotte Tilbury logo and @charlottetilbury handle. The Loop unit, mounted flush to the interior wall with its signature ring light, disappeared into the experience. Guests weren't using a photo booth. They were stepping into the brand.
"Guests weren't using a photo booth. They were stepping into the brand."
The Results
Over three years of continuous in-store operation, the activation performed far beyond a typical experiential marketing moment — it became a permanent, compounding asset.
Contact Capture Rate
97% of photo sessions converted to a captured contact — one of the highest rates in Loop's retail deployments.
Organic Reach
40,000+ impressions generated through branded photo shares across Instagram, text, and email — all at zero additional ad spend.
Always-On Activation
Unlike a pop-up, the Loop booth ran continuously for 3 years — collecting data and impressions every single day the store was open.
Owned Audience Growth
12,682 contacts added directly to Charlotte Tilbury's marketing list — ready for email campaigns, product launches, and VIP events.
The Takeaway
The Charlotte Tilbury installation proves what happens when a photo experience is built around the brand — not bolted onto it. Loop's wall-mounted form factor and fully custom software let Charlotte Tilbury create something guests actively sought out and shared. Three years later, it's still running. Still collecting. Still growing.

GLAMhouse
Beauty Bar
How a boutique beauty bar turned its photo booth into a signature brand moment — and a built-in marketing machine.
The Challenge
GLAMhouse Beauty Bar was built to be an experience from the moment guests walk in. Founder wanted every detail to reflect the brand's glamorous, confident aesthetic — including a photo moment that felt completely custom, not off-the-shelf. The booth had to be beautiful enough to belong, and powerful enough to keep guests coming back.
The Setup
GLAMhouse built a custom floor-to-ceiling rose wall backdrop framed by a gold arch — a stunning, on-brand installation that became the heart of the space. The LOOP Photo Booth was paired with a fully custom-wrapped stand featuring the salon's signature lip print logo. The result didn't look like a photo booth. It looked like it was always meant to be there.
"We wanted something that felt like us — and LOOP delivered exactly that. Our clients walk in, see the rose wall and the booth, and immediately want their photo taken. It's become one of the most talked-about parts of the GLAMhouse experience."
The Results
A Signature Brand Moment
The custom rose wall + LOOP setup became an instant focal point guests actively seek out — driving organic social sharing every single day.
Always-On Marketing
Every photo taken goes out branded, extending GLAMhouse's reach across Instagram, text, and email at zero additional ad spend.
Perfect Brand Fit
The custom-wrapped stand and bespoke backdrop made LOOP feel like a designed feature of the salon — not an add-on.
Guest Delight
Clients love it. The booth has become part of what makes GLAMhouse feel like a true beauty destination, not just a bar.
The Takeaway
GLAMhouse proves that when a photo experience is built around a brand — not bolted onto it — it becomes an asset. A custom backdrop, a wrapped stand, and LOOP's always-on platform turned a beauty bar in Westerville into a content-generating, contact-collecting, guest-delighting machine.
